Assistant Manager, Operations, Boca Raton We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager who will assist in overseeing the operations function within the boutique. Responsibilities include ownership of operational functions, collaboration with the Home Office Retail Operations team, staff leadership, and expertise in SOPs, systems, tools and budgeting. Key Responsibilities Own all operational functions within the boutique: Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance, and Expense Management. Collaborate with the Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency. Lead all operationally aligned staff, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver flawlessly. Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork. Serve as the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems, and Tools, acting as a resource for the entire boutique team. Assist in managing the budget and forecasting expenditures for a multi‑faceted boutique. Lead the team through various projects and take initiative. Desired Qualities & Skills Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Understanding of, and passion for, client experience. Excellent communication skills. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required. Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL. Position Logistics Minimum 3 years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Ability to lift 15 lbs. Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays. In‑store presence required to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards, and deliver elevated client service. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $70,200 – $106,000. Salary is one component of total compensation.
