Case Manager - Mental Health

Essential Responsibilities: Assess clients, schedule appointments, make referrals, and monitor treatment. Connect individuals with needed and available community resources. Respect and work effectively with individuals of diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. Maintain a high level of ethical conduct regarding confidentiality, dual-relationships, and professional stature. Requirements: Bachelor’ s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Social or Behavioral Sciences. At least one year of experience in case management in the juvenile justice, mental health, and/or substance use disorder field is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills. Strict adherence to confidentiality with high ethical standards. A valid State of Florida Driver’ s License is required.
