Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Rehabilitation We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join an established healthcare organization in the Lubbock, Texas area. This is a great opportunity for both experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates looking to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment. You'll work with patients of all ages, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to help patients improve mobility, regain independence, and achieve their recovery goals. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. Treat patients of all ages in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies. Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Supervise PTAs, students, and rehabilitation technicians as needed. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Texas PT license or eligibility for licensure. Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Previous outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
