By putting clients first and continuously innovating, we're working together to set the pace for unlocking new possibilities that better serve the property industry.**Job Description:****What You'll Be Doing**: * Responsible for selling the company’s products or services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts. Responsible for the development of new business opportunities or emerging areas. Focuses on critical, large, complex, high visibility, strategic, or tactically important accounts* Makes scheduled follow-ups to assigned book of business via telephone, e-mail, and social media platforms* Utilizes internal software/tools i.e. Gong.io, Zoominfo, Salesforce to engage clients* Handles inbound leads, outbound outreaches* Compiles lists of prospective customers of critical, large, and complex accounts for use as sales leads, based on information from appropriate sources, such as ad inquiries, trade shows and campaign outreach* Emphasizes product features, quotes prices and credit terms, and initiates contract process* Makes recommendations to Management and Marketing regarding customer needs and concerns.* Maintain new customer data and other sales data for current customers in computer database. Maintains customer contact information for lead generation purposes.* Works with outside sales representatives and/or account managers to keep account activities and literature up to date.* Strategizes with team members on ways to improve sales figures and identify the benefits of products and services for the customer.* Identifies potential customer problems and makes recommendations to prevent problems with deliveries or other issues.* Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.* Creates formal networks that may involve coordination among groups* Will meet or exceed assigned personal closed/won quotas* Will maintain a pipeline of potential clients that is at least 3X monthly production quota* Under the supervision of the Sr. Manager - Inside Sales and the Director - Inside Sales, provides training, mentoring and coaching to junior team members.* Will act as an Inside Sales – Mortgage Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cotality products and processes.* On occasion will lead various projects to improve Inside Sales processes.**What’s in it For You:*** Large (~$2B+ revenue) formerly public information services and data business* Durable cash flow and profitability regardless of changes in macroeconomic conditions* Company certified as a global "A Great Place to Work."* Hybrid working model- 1 day in the office a month for “moments that matter” and the rest of the time can be remote.* Competitive compensation and benefits!* Career path for continued professional growth.* Working with leaders that care about your professional growth!* Access to our world class self-development portal, centered around you as the employee.
