An established, upscale restaurant in Huntersville is searching for an Executive Chef who can bring together culinary excellence, operational discipline, and genuine people leadership. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from the office. What You'll Have the Opportunity to Do

• Take ownership of all back-of-house operations
• Lead, coach, and develop a talented culinary team
• Create a kitchen culture built around teamwork, accountability, and pride
• Maintain consistently high standards for food quality, presentation, and execution
• Manage food costs, labor, inventory, purchasing, and waste
• Recruit, train, schedule, and retain strong BOH employees
• Maintain excellent sanitation, food-safety, and organizational standards
• Work closely with the General Manager to strengthen the restaurant's overall performance
• Bring ideas and solutions that improve both the kitchen and the guest experience
• Remain visible and engaged during high-volume service

What Will Help You Succeed


You may be the right fit if you are an experienced Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or strong Kitchen Manager who is ready to take full ownership of a kitchen.

The strongest candidates will bring:

• Experience leading a high-volume, full-service restaurant kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food cost, inventory, ordering, labor, and scheduling
• A proven ability to hire, train, coach, and retain culinary talent
• High standards for quality, consistency, cleanliness, and presentation
• A calm, organized leadership style during demanding services
• The ability to balance culinary creativity with sound business decisions
• A hands-on approach and a genuine desire to develop others
• Current food-safety or ServSafe certification
