Dental Office Manager

Core Competencies: - Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience

• Ability to hold your team accountable and coach for growth and mentorship
• A belief in servant leadership and extreme ownership
• Experience with customer service and the ability to resolve issues with patients and team members
• Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required

Essential Functions: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Comfortable discussing financials, collections, and KPIs
• Ability to have difficult conversations with both patients and team members
• A servant leadership mindset - be a leader through actions, not words
• An ability to implement systems and hold team members accountable without micromanaging
• A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule, including the understanding that patient care occasionally requires end times to run a little past the scheduled close
• Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service
