Social Media Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team at 10x Nora Oliver LLC. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth. This is a remote position, but you will be required to attend monthly on‑site meetings. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute creative and effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for the company. Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create, curate, and publish engaging content that aligns with the company's brand voice and values. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns. Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in social media marketing. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives. Conduct social media audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize social media presence. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry professionals to facilitate collaborations and partnerships. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms. Requirements Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices. Experience in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting and editing abilities. Proficiency in using social media management and analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas. Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Familiarity with SEO principles and practices is a plus. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred.
