We're looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant known for delivering exceptional guest experiences from breakfast through dinner.

If you've built your career with brands like IHOP, Denny's, Perkins, Bob Evans, Village Inn, Cracker Barrel, Black Bear Diner, Huddle House, First Watch, or another high-volume family dining concept, we'd love to connect.

What You'll Do

• Support the General Manager in leading all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Coach, mentor, and develop managers and hourly team members
• Drive guest satisfaction through outstanding hospitality and operational excellence
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, food cost, and inventory
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently executed
• Build a positive culture focused on accountability and teamwork

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Senior Manager in a full-service family dining restaurant
• Experience in high-volume breakfast concepts is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Experience managing labor, food cost, inventory, and daily financial performance
• Ability to lead during busy service periods while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
