Data Analyst Retention - Ollie
Gravity Engineering Services Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify retention trends and customer churn drivers. Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts for automated reporting and dashboards. Conduct A/B tests and cohort analyses to evaluate the impact of retention initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to translate insights into actionable strategies. Present findings to stakeholders using clear visualizations and concise executive summaries. Requirements 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related role, preferably in a SaaS or subscription business. Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, numpy), and Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Strong statistical background with experience in cohort analysis, churn modeling, and A/B testing. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
