What You'll Do:

• Assist physical therapists with patient treatments, including exercises, massage, and gait/balance training
• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs
• Record and track patients' progress and treatment outcomes
• Support patient mobility and recovery efforts
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team about patient progress
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented care environment

What You Need:

• Valid license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Prior experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document accurately
• Adaptability and commitment to quality patient care
