The facility operates within a structured clinical environment and utilizes EPIC EMR for clinical documentation. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Ithaca is a college town in Central New York, home to Cornell University and Ithaca College, and offers a range of cultural attractions including museums, botanical gardens, and community events. The area is bordered by Cayuga Lake to the north and surrounded by state parks, gorges, and waterfalls, with Watkins Glen State Park and its international speedway located approximately 35 miles away. Clinicians on assignment may also explore the Finger Lakes wine country, local farmers markets, and a variety of outdoor recreational activities available throughout the year.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a supervision model during day shifts at an operating room facility in Ithaca, NY, with shift options of 8 to 12 hours. The surgical case mix includes pediatrics, orthopedics, OB, ENT, and general surgery, serving patients across all age groups. All clinical documentation must be completed using the EPIC EMR system. Call coverage is required on a night and weekend rotation at a ratio of 1:8 to 1:9, and board certification is required for all clinicians considered for this role.
