PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
- Credentialing Timeline: 60-120 days
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
- Endoscopy cases (MAC)
- EGD with biopsies
- Colonoscopy with biopsies
- Combined EGD/colonoscopy
- CRNA solo cases
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: Board Certified in AANA (CRNA)
- Licenses: Active Michigan License or eligibility to obtain
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, Board Certified
- Other Qualifications: Local provider required, clean malpractice history, NPDB self-query (within 30 days)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia services for endoscopy procedures.
- Administer MAC anesthesia for 10-16 cases per day.
- Manage EGD and colonoscopy procedures including biopsies.
- Work autonomously in a dedicated endoscopy center.
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC.
