Occupational Therapist Department Lead / Supervisor (PT) 1409 W. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence.Responsibilities:Providing individualized therapyImplementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integrationCollaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workersDocumenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of careProviding mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Occupational Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growthKnowledge and Skills Required:Required credentials to practice occupational therapy.Experience working with children and/or clients with special needs preferred.Competencies: bold contributor, holding other accountable, dealing with ambiguity, and developing employees.Why Join Eyas Landing?At Eyas Landing, we provide a supportive, team-oriented culture that allows you to focus on what you love - helping children and families.
