Rise Lounge is seeking a dependable, hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and stock workstations before service
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control
- Ensure all food is prepared promptly during service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
- Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and stocked throughout shifts
- Assist with receiving, rotating, and storing inventory
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned
