This role is ideal for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values client interaction, and is passionate about employee rights and workplace justice. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with all phases of employment litigation, including case intake, discovery, and trial preparation Draft and organize legal documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence Manage case files, deadlines, and calendars Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional and empathetic manner Conduct legal and factual research related to employment law claims Support attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, and hearings Qualifications: Paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience Prior experience in employment law or civil litigation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Proficiency with legal case management systems and Microsoft Office Interested in hearing more?
