Paralegal - Real Estate

Location: Century City, Los Angeles, CA

Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks a full-time paralegal for its Los Angeles Office, Real Estate Department.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Experience managing transactions from inception to closing
• Strong project management skills, including checklists, organizational charts
• Ability to manage portfolios of assets, multiple transactions
• Experience in multiple areas of real estate, including purchase and sale, finance, leasing
• Draft real estate forms, letters, closing documents under supervision of lawyers
• Proficiency in entity formation, Secretary of State filings, resolutions, certificates, and authority documents
• Review and analyze title, survey, zoning reports, and other due diligence
• Detail-oriented with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Self-starter with initiative, ability to anticipate issues and execute with precision and efficiency
• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication with clients, outside vendors, and other parties

Salary:

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 (commensurate with experience).
