Aesthetician- Full Time, Salon/Spa (Harrah's SoCal) Valley Center, CA, United States (On-site) Job Summary This position is responsible for providing all types of skin care, body treatments, waxing, etc. at the Spa at Harrah's. All treatments must be done in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. Responsibilities Initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner. Work well with others and as a team. Perform all types of skin care services offered at The Spa at Harrah's. Maintain knowledge of other services offered at The Spa at Harrah's. Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager. Participate and attend all education classes and staff meetings. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Completed and passed State Board of Cosmetology. Two years experience in a hotel or resort. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent guest service skills. Ability to work in a close-knit environment with constant co-work involvement. Additional Requirements Able to lift items up to 10 lbs. Able to stand for a long period of time (up to an average 10-hour shift). Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English. Pay: $15.50 plus 25% commission on services rendered. Preference is given to qualified Rincon tribal members and members of other federally recognized tribes.
