What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform comprehensive physical exams for diverse patient populations (infants to retirees)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Promote wellness and preventive care initiatives
• Coordinate referrals to specialists when needed
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Supervise Nurse Practitioner team members and contribute to quality improvement projects

What You Need

• Active license in New Mexico or able to obtain one quickly
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience in outpatient primary care preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and patient care skills
