Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals, ensuring clarity and direction throughout the therapeutic process.

• Regularly assess and document clients' emotional and mental health needs, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services as required, utilizing de-escalation techniques and referral resources to stabilize clients during challenging situations.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and support for clients.

• Continuously engage in professional development and training opportunities to stay current with licensure requirements and best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse array of clients, including couples seeking to improve their relationship dynamics, families facing interpersonal conflicts, and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, or trauma. Our client population may also include those impacted by addiction, making your work critical in guiding their recovery journey. You will adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in accordance with state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
