ALEX - Alternative Experts, LLC in Marshall, VA, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support the Pentagon Customer Assistance Center (PCAC). The CSS will handle walk-in and phone inquiries, provide accurate information, and work with a range of DoD customers, tenants, and visitors.
