This role resolves discrepancies, ensures prevailing wage compliance, and acts as a resource for project teams regarding payroll regulations.**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Independently prepare, review, and submit CPRs.* Validate wage classifications, fringe calculations, and deductions.* Review union agreements and apprenticeship documentation as applicable.* Reconcile payroll discrepancies and perform payroll audits.* Ensure compliance with federal and state prevailing wage laws.* Partner with HR, Finance, and project teams to resolve payroll issues.**REQUIREMENTS:*** 2-4 years of progressive payroll, labor compliance and prevailing wage experience.* Strong understanding of Davis-Bacon and certified payroll requirements.* Experience with LCPtracker or similar compliance platforms.**PAY EQUITY STATEMENT:****$24.00 - $29.00/hr**Primoris Renewable Energy provides the above compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position.
