Maintenance Supervisor

Schedule Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM start. Job Description Summary The Maintenance Supervisor directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of Breakthru Beverage. Compensation Salary: $70,304.00 – $90,000.00 Eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan. Salary is determined based on internal equity, salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills, and prior relevant experience. Maintain inventory of parts needed for preventative functions of conveyor systems. Review job orders and schedule preventative maintenance functions in activity software to determine work priorities. Schedule repair, maintenance, preventative maintenance, and installation of conveyor systems, tools, material handling equipment, and transportation equipment to ensure continuous production operations. Manage recruiting, hiring, training, recognition, and ongoing development of teams across multiple states and sites. Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, interviewing, disciplinary actions, and initiate salary actions for team members. Direct workers and contractors engaged in maintaining the building and grounds of Breakthru Beverage. Ensure the building (interior and exterior) and grounds are maintained, which includes daily and weekly cleaning schedules and scheduling repairs, renovation projects, waste reduction, improvements, and safety inspections. Perform other duties as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance related fields. Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs, including presentation software. Results‑oriented professional with verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy, discretion, and customer service skills. Ability to multi‑task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines. Analytic and reporting skills. Utilize sound judgment and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume team environment. Preferred Qualifications Technical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic systems, facilities management, grounds keeping, plumbing, carpentry, equipment repair and general maintenance practices. Experience in leadership and managerial/supervision. Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand, sit, speak, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone. Competencies May help coordinate the work of junior members of the team. Resolves issues which are often varied and non‑routine, undertaking analysis and investigation to solve issues.
