Home Health Aide

La Casa Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our dynamic team. We provide specialized care focusing on rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care primarily for elderly patients. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily personal tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report changes in patient health status Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Administer prescribed medication under the supervision of a registered nurse or clinician Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences Maintain a clean and safe environment within the patient's home Document and maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, and concerns Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently Detail-oriented with a high level of compassion and patience Basic knowledge of home health care protocols and safety precautions Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and supporting patients #J-18808-Ljbffr La Casa Health Care
