As our new Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our clients, playing a crucial role in their insurance journey helping them understand their coverage, manage their accounts, and feel confident and secure. But the best service doesn't stop at answering the question in front of you. You'll also be the person who notices when a client is under-protected, recommends the coverage that truly fits their life, and rounds out households so they're covered the way they deserve to be. ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for policyholder inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and policy details and proactively recommend additional coverage that better protects them.
Identify and act on cross-sell and upsell opportunities while servicing the book: round out accounts, add lines and coverage, and turn single-policy clients into fully protected, multi-line households.
Work the retention and win-back pipeline to save and reinstate at-risk policies and keep clients with the agency.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Open and track every quote and cross-sell opportunity in the CRM (AgencyZoom), and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in our agency management system (AMS360).
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
RequirementsValid Property & Casualty License (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in AMS360 (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
Comfort with sales proactively cross-selling and rounding out accounts in a client-first way.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software (AgencyZoom experience a plus).
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office setting.
