Administration Coordinator

IKM Gruppen AS

Responsibilities Coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of internal, hired, and third-party personnel. Prepare information letters and mobilization details for new personnel on site. Manage access requests for facilities and various IT systems. Provide daily support to project personnel, management, and third parties. Act as the coordination point between clients, rental agencies, and subcontractors. Update staffing plans, reports, and distribution lists. Follow up on changes from third parties and rental agencies. Handle course registrations and accommodation bookings. Required Expertise Upper secondary education or equivalent. Experience with administrative tasks, preferably from project-based work. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-pressure periods. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Valid Ex Awareness certificate. Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage. Language: Norwegian Location: Hammerfest Work schedule: Full-time Duration: Temporary assignment from 13/07/2026 to 20/12/2027 #J-18808-Ljbffr
