Schedule : Fully onsite on the lot in Los Angeles, CA Hours : Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Overtime : Required during month-end and quarter-end close cycles, including one weekend per quarter. Some extended hours may be completed remotely. Job Description This position is responsible for all accounting functions related to GCD Content Licensing contracts. Responsibilities General Accounting and Financial Close Complete month-end and quarter-end close activities including revenue recognition and trial balance reconciliations Prepare and post journal entries into the general ledger Perform general ledger reconciliations and account analysis Analyze and explain foreign exchange variances monthly Support forecasting and plan versus actual analysis Perform present value analysis and reporting Prepare intercompany and related party reporting and analysis Perform clearing account and BITIN cash reconciliations Track and report revenue share deals Support SOX compliance and key accounting controls Support internal and external audits including PWC and EY Handle ad hoc financial reporting and analysis requests Contract and Licensing Accounting Analyze GCD license agreements and apply contractual accounting terms accurately Review new contracts and change orders in PRISM for financial accuracy Review accounting transactions generated by PRISM systems Maintain Pay TV expression deals and update monthly subscriber reporting Partner with IT to test and implement new Pay TV expression deals Perform revenue review and analysis including stagger, non-delivery, straight-line analysis, renewal fees, and cash in advance reviews Systems and Tools SAP Oracle Oracle Fusion
