I opened my agency in 2025 after spending six years on Wall Street, bringing a strong background in financial strategy and risk management into agency ownership. What drew me into this role was the opportunity to help people build and protect things that truly matter. I’m a graduate of Cornell University and have traveled to more than 50 countries, experiences that shaped my perspective and appreciation for long-term planning and meaningful relationships. Our team currently includes three members, and we’re focused on building a strong foundation as we grow. We offer PTO, licensing reimbursement, work–life balance, and clear room for advancement. Fernando Cevallos - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
