Director of Finance Location: Brooklyn Company: Established Real Estate Development Firm A well-established real estate development company in Brooklyn is looking for a trusted Director of Finance to take full ownership of the financial and administrative side of the business. This is a high-level, long-term role for someone looking to grow together with the company and become a true right-hand to leadership. This is not a one-man job, but rather a leadership role overseeing finances, admin, and systems, with the ability to delegate as needed. You’ll work closely with the office team and site managers, while partnering directly with senior leadership in a very hands-on way. Responsibilities Oversee all company and project finances Prepare project projections, budgets, and financial tracking Handle bookkeeping, banking, and cash flow Serve as a trusted financial lead — a CFO-style role Organize and improve financial and administrative systems Oversee construction-related administrative work Manage sensitive business and personal financial matters with full discretion Stay on top of everything in a fast-moving, hands-on environment The Right Fit Senior-level finance experience (Director of Finance / CFO level) Background in real estate, construction, or development preferred Organized, proactive, and extremely detail-oriented Comfortable working in an old-school environment while helping bring structure and clarity Fast-paced, available, and reliable Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential matters Someone leadership can fully rely on and hand things off to Compensation $200,000 – $240,000 , depending on experience This is a unique opportunity for the right person to step into a position of trust, build systems, and grow long-term with a solid, heimish company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
