This position will be a contract and onsite in Miramar, FL, with up to 25% global travel.Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.What You'll DoManage large-scale IT operational fleet projects (shipboard) from inception through handover to the Deployment Team for executionCoordinate cross-team efforts, manage business and IT expectations, scope definition, scope management, and documentationValidate budgets, oversee procurement processes, facilitate design conversations, and obtain sign-offCommunicate project progress and details with senior management through discussions and formal presentationsDefine and drive project schedules, manage vendors, and align project goals with IT strategic technology and process goalsSupport deployment activities as needed, including planning and delivery of IT scope for Dry DocksWhat You'll NeedRequired:3-5+ years of infrastructure project management experienceFamiliarity with project methodologies in a Waterfall environmentUnderstanding of Enterprise Technologies and their applicationProficiency in MS Projects or similar toolsStrong problem-solving and issue resolution skillsExcellent communication skills for business presentations and large audience discussionsHR skills, including team building, performance evaluations, coaching, and problem-solvingWillingness to travel (up to 25%)Ability to lift up to 15 poundsPreferred:PMP certificationPrevious shipboard experienceExperience managing large, complex projectsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorThe pay range for this position is $60-$65 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
