Serac is a global OEM that designs and builds filling, capping, and cup-filling packaging machinery for the food, dairy, beverage, personal care, and chemical industries. We are hiring an Account Manager who owns our existing customers and grows them - selling the tooling, upgrades, retrofits, parts, and service that keep their lines running faster and longer. What you'll do Own, retain, and grow a portfolio of existing Serac accounts Sell upgrades, retrofits, tooling, spare parts, field service, and maintenance agreements into those accounts Partner with operations and engineering stakeholders to solve real production problems Draft and execute strategic account plans that drive measurable revenue growth Coordinate internally with engineering, applications, service, and parts to deliver for the customer Manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and hit revenue targets Travel to customer sites to build the relationships that win the business What you bring Solid understanding of the automation and packaging industry Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 10 years of experience with packaging equipment 5 years of experience with filling and capping 5 years of experience managing client accounts Proven problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation ability Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform under deadline pressure Location & travel This is a territory role based in the Twin Falls, ID area. You must live within about a 4-hour drive of Twin Falls or be open to relocating into that range. Expect 50% or more travel, domestic and international, with a valid passport.
