Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site 4 days per week, Remote Fridays)

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience.

Pledge Financial LLC is the fastest-growing pawn shop in the United States. We are dedicated to integrity, accountability, and excellence. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented AP Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

Position Overview

The AP Manager will oversee all aspects of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, reconciliations, and vendor communications. This role requires a strong background in Accounts Payable and finance, experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or a similar ERP system , and the ability to lead and improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day Accounts Payable operations for multiple locations.

• Oversee invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor account reconciliations.

• Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendors and maintenance of vendor records.

• Monitor AP aging reports and resolve outstanding issues promptly.

• Maintain and optimize Accounts Payable processes within Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or similar ERP systems.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.

• Prepare AP-related reporting and analysis for management.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience , including supervisory or management experience.

• Strong background in Accounts Payable and finance operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or a similar ERP system.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Based in Charlotte, NC.

• On-site 4 days per week with remote work on Fridays.
