QA Analyst - Hybrid - Columbia, SC

Collaborate with the QA team to develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans based on project requirements and functional specifications. Execute test plans, identify defects, and ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. Develop and implement new standards for inspection, production, and design for QA test plans. Identify potential problems and collaborate with developers and the QA Team, to fix issues and, ensure the software functions as intended across various scenarios and across multiple devices. Conduct regression testing to ensure that new changes don\'t negatively impact existing functionality. Perform load and performance testing to ensure the system can handle expected usage. Identify test scenarios and prepare test cases for manual and automated testing. Create and maintain testing documentation, including test scripts, test cases, and results. Work closely with development, product management, and other teams to understand requirements and ensure quality across the entire software development lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 1-2 years’ experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in software testing. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. Understanding of the SDLC. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing preferred. Proficiency in writing test scripts, test cases, and test plans. Working knowledge of test management software Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must possess interpersonal and facilitation skills. Strong Microsoft Office and Windows based computer applications skills.
