Business Development Partner – Title & Escrow Location: Northern Nevada, Minden, Incline Village, and surrounding communities. Responsibilities Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and key partners throughout Northern Nevada. Develop new business opportunities through consistent market presence, networking, and relationship-building. Deliver an exceptional customer experience built on responsiveness, trust, and follow-through. Partner closely with escrow and operational teams to drive client success and retention. Represent a trusted national brand while continuing to build your own reputation in the market. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2–5 years of successful residential title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, or related industry experience. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Strong relationship-building and follow-through skills. Valid driver's license. Compensation Eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals. The hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
