The ability to navigate multiple priorities concurrently.Self-motivated with a focus on contributing to the overall team's success.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively act as a bridge between staff and management.Preferred Qualifications:2+ years management experience in a customer facing environment. A track record of meaningful contributions in the welding, gas, or safety industry.3+ years of experience in a role focused on nurturing team growth and operational efficiency.5+ years' experience in sales with a track record of meaningful contributions.Experience with inventory cultivation and vendor relationshipBenefitsWe care about and support our Airgas Families.
