You will play a key role in shaping technical hiring outcomes within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSource for complex technical roles, including niche and business-critical positionsAct as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and technical leaders, providing guidance on hiring strategy and market insightsDrive proactive sourcing efforts through direct sourcing, market mapping, networking, and external partnershipsConduct in-depth, competency-based interviews to assess technical capability and cultural fitManage multiple active requisitions (approx. 8-10 at any time) while maintaining a high bar for qualityDeliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication, process ownership, and engagementInfluence hiring decisions through data, market intelligence, and candidate insightsSupport and mentor junior team members, contributing to overall team development and performanceIdentify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and efficiency across the recruitment lifecycleCandidate Profile5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within:A law firm or professional services environment, or a high-performing agency environment with exposure to complex technical hiringProven experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g. IT, data, infrastructure, systems, or emerging technologies)Strong stakeholder management capability, with experience engaging senior and client-facing individualsConfident, polished communicator with the ability to influence, advise, and challenge when neededHands-on recruiter who can balance strategic thinking with deliveryComfortable operating in a lean team environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetDemonstrated career progression and ownership of increasingly senior hiring mandatesWhy This RoleOpportunity to work on complex, high-value technical hiring within a respected law firm platformHigh visibility role with exposure to senior stakeholders and business leadersIdeal for a recruiter ready to step into a senior, influential position while remaining hands-onThe SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
