Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• Post Medicare payments and reconcile resident account balances

• Process and follow up on Co-Insurance and Managed Care claims

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and vendor denials

• Enter Medicare billing information and ancillary charges into the billing system

• Assist with Illinois Medicaid billing, reporting, and follow-up activities

• Maintain AR reports and support reimbursement tracking efforts

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• SNF billing experience with Managed Care claims (required)

• 3+ years of healthcare billing experience

• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and accounts receivable processes

• PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads
