Sport Clips Haircuts is looking for an exceptional Salon Manager who's ready to lead, inspire, and build something amazing in Wayzata, MN!

We're looking for more than someone who can manage a schedule. We want a passionate leader who loves developing people, creating a winning culture, and delivering an outstanding client experience.

What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and inspire a talented team of stylists.
Build a positive, accountable, and FUN salon culture.
Recruit, develop, and retain outstanding team members.
Drive client growth and salon performance.
Lead by example, both behind the chair and as a leader.

What You Bring:

Active Minnesota cosmetology or barber license.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for people, performance, and teamwork.
Salon management experience preferred.
