Clinical Director

We are an established, privately held medical aesthetics, skin, and wellness practice located in the heart of Portland's Pearl District. We are small by design and excellent by intention — a single flagship studio where the standard of care, the quality of the room, and the client experience are all held to the same high bar. Our clients come to us for injectables, advanced skin, and wellness services, and they stay with us for years. We are now investing in clinical leadership to carry that standard forward as we grow. The Opportunity We are hiring a Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and own the clinical performance of the practice. This is not a figurehead position — you will keep your hands in the work, treating clients in both injectables and wellness, carrying your own production, and setting the standard your team is trained to. You will also lead providers, own clinical process, and carry real accountability for growth. You will have direct access to ownership, meaningful authority over how care is delivered, and the ability to build something rather than maintain someone else's system. If you are an experienced injector who has outgrown a provider role — or a clinical leader tired of layers of approval between you and a good decision — this is the seat. What You Will Own Clinical standards and process — protocols, standards of care, and consistency of outcomes across every provider and service line Injectables and medical oversight — technique standards, dosing consistency, complication management, and compliance with Oregon licensure, scope, and device requirements Charting and documentation — a defined charting standard, a real audit cadence, and coaching that closes the gap between the standard and the chart Service development — evaluating, launching, pricing, and training new treatments, and retiring what no longer serves the client or the business Clinical hiring and team leadership — recruiting, interviewing, and selecting clinical talent; onboarding, training, competency sign-off, one-on-ones, and performance development Your own treatment schedule — an active book across injectables and wellness, with personal production goals alongside your leadership responsibilities Production and growth — clinical revenue targets, provider productivity, treatment planning, membership conversion, and client retention Client satisfaction — ensuring every client feels seen, safe, and significant Who You Are Required: Licensed at NP, PA, or physician level, and currently licensed or immediately eligible in Oregon An experienced, confident injector with a refined aesthetic eye and a full-face approach Equally experienced on the wellness side — medical weight management, peptides, IV or injection therapies, hormone or metabolic health. We are looking for dual expertise, not injectables with a passing interest in wellness Still want to treat — you are not looking to leave the chair, and want a book of your own alongside the leadership work A leader people follow — you coach, you hold standards, and you do it without drama Rigorous about documentation and unbothered by an audit, because your charts are already clean Genuinely passionate about wellness — you see aesthetics, skin, and health as one conversation, not three Business-minded — comfortable with production targets, utilization, and margin, and you see growth as part of clinical excellence rather than a threat to it Ready to grow with a company rather than sit inside one Three or more years of aesthetic injectable practice, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers Hands-on experience delivering wellness services — medical weight management, peptide therapy, IV therapy, or injection therapies Comfort carrying a personal treatment schedule and production goals Preferred: Prior supervisory, lead injector, or clinical management experience Experience with lasers, energy-based devices, and advanced skin services Hormone or metabolic health experience Familiarity with EMR and scheduling platforms, and with chart audit processes Competitive base salary based on licensure and experience Performance bonus tied to your production and to clinical growth Paid vacation and paid holidays Continuing education and advanced training support Generous treatment and product benefits Real advancement opportunity in a small, growing company with direct access to ownership Equal Opportunity Employer.
