Build relationships within the community to generate awareness, referrals, and new business opportunities. Help customers identify protection gaps and explore auto, home, life, and financial product options that align with their needs. Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through our CRM. Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events that drive agency growth. Collaborate with the team to achieve agency growth goals. Take ownership of your activity, follow-up, and personal production goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers. Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or relationship management is preferred, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are even more important.
