Job Title
What You'll Do
- Identify, source, and engage top tech talent using company-provided tools
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client needs and role requirements
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain long-term relationships with top professionals
- Ensure a smooth, data-driven recruitment process that delivers high-quality hires
- Track performance and continuously optimize sourcing strategies
- Earn commission by successfully placing candidates with clients

- Full-time commitment is required – we need dedicated professionals
- No prior experience necessary, but a strong desire to learn and grow is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and optimize performance accordingly
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Capable of working independently while being a valuable team player
