Outreach Recruiter – Bilingual Spanish/English

Pay: $19.00 – $19.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

Staffline is seeking a motivated and outgoing Bilingual Outreach Recruiter who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our team. This position will focus on attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for our staffing clients.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the community, developing relationships with local recruiting resources, and traveling to client locations and recruiting events within approximately 30 miles of our Redford office.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates for open positions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting sources, including:
• • Online job boards and advertising outlets
  • Local community organizations
  • Schools and career centers
  • Workforce development programs
  • Community associations and other recruiting partners
• Conduct onsite recruiting and candidate selection at client locations.
• Provide orientations and assist with onboarding new hires at Staffline customer accounts.
• Travel to client locations and recruiting events several times per week, generally within 30 miles of the Redford office.
• Develop and maintain consistent processes for advertising, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, employees, customers, and community partners.
• Assist with other recruiting and staffing-related duties as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fluent in both Spanish and English — required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience preferred , but candidates with strong customer service, sales, staffing, or community outreach experience are encouraged to apply.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and employment practices.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office with an emphasis on:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred due to travel requirements.

Schedule

• Part-Time or Full-Time opportunities available.
• 8-hour shifts for full-time positions.
• Must be willing to travel to customer locations and recruiting events several times per week within approximately 30 miles of the Redford office.
