Litigation Attorney

*Khoury Law Group* is seeking an experienced *Civil Litigation Attorney* to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an attorney who is confident managing cases, communicating directly with clients, and billing time efficiently in a fast-paced litigation environment.

*Position Overview*

The attorney will work directly with clients and handle litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial preparation.

*Responsibilities*

* Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution
* Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
* Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and updates
* Conduct legal research and prepare case evaluations
* Maintain accurate and timely billing entries
* Work collaboratively with staff and attorneys to move cases efficiently

*Qualifications*

* Active California Bar license in good standing
* Minimum 3+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
* Strong legal writing and courtroom skills
* Experience handling discovery, motions, and client communications
* Ability to manage deadlines and multiple active cases
* Strong work ethic and professionalism

*Compensation*

* Base Salary $150k - $210k based on experience
* Performance-Based Bonus Opportunity for exceeding productivity goals
