Litigation Assistant

We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have prior employment law experience and a strong understanding of legal administrative support in a professional environment. Responsibilities Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and other legal professionals. Prepare, format, proofread, and organize legal correspondence, documents, and filings. Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines. Assist with document management, discovery, and other case-related activities. Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and other parties as needed. Schedule meetings, depositions, hearings, and other appointments. Conduct basic legal research and assist with preparation of materials as directed. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Perform other administrative and legal support duties as needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or similar legal support role. Employment law experience strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard legal technology. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with attorneys and team members. Professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to client service.
