A well‑established Orlando law office is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional with strong legal administrative experience and a passion for supporting busy attorneys in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of legal support experience , strong organizational and communication skills, and advanced proficiency in MS Word (priority), Outlook, and Excel . A typing speed of 65+ wpm with high accuracy is required. Candidates must also have hands‑on experience with Florida court procedures , including e‑service and e‑filing . Prioritize and manage administrative tasks efficiently Open and maintain client files Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence Perform e‑filing through state and federal systems Assist attorneys with deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation Schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and related events Maintain organized case materials, binders, and folders Manage attorney calendars and provide timely reminders Strong understanding of legal terms & procedures Knowledge of Federal and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure Ability to multitask and interact professionally with diverse groups High attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office Suite Exceptional written and verbal communication #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
