Quality Inspector

Johnson Service Group, a nationally recognized recruiting firm is currently seeking Quality Inspectors for our industrial client in Ladson, SC. Responsibilities Perform incoming direct material verification and inspection including paperwork review, material and inspection data verification, quality release activities and data entry. Perform incoming outside vendor process certification including certification verification, quality release activities, and data entry. Ensure required material testing and analysis is completed for production parts, verification of material testing certifications, quality release activities and data entry. Maintain quality databases. Support site audits. Conduct root cause and corrective action activities. Support inspection and gauging. Maintain quality records including filing, labeling, storage and retrieval as needed. Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency. Requirements High school diploma/GED Proficient in Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Excel, Word, etc.) Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds as needed. Quality experience.
