Master’s degree in Special Education, Educational Diagnostics, Psychology or a related field, active Educational Diagnostician license, and 1+ years Educational Diagnostician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic and rewarding opportunity as a Bilingual Educational Diagnostician, serving elementary students in a supportive academic environment near Irving, TX. This full-time contract role (37.5 hours per week) runs from August 3, 2026, through June 4, 2027, and requires on-site presence across multiple elementary campuses. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to ensure that every student receives the assessments and services they need to flourish.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree required
• Valid Texas classroom teaching certificate
• At least three years of full-time teaching experience
• State certification for educational diagnosticians (must have passed the Texas certification exam)
• Fluent in both Spanish and English; strong communication skills in both languages
• Prior experience in a school-based setting
• Capacity to work itinerantly between elementary campuses (PreK–5th grade)
• Ability to complete fingerprinting through TEA for compliance, if not previously done within a Texas public school district

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive educational evaluations for a caseload of approximately 9–10 students per month, PreK through grade 5
• Participate actively in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create tailored educational plans
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with state, district, and school policies
• Travel between assigned elementary schools as needed to support student needs effectively
