Stable and growing organization with strong leadership Opportunity for long-term career advancement Broad exposure to operational and multi-entity accounting Collaborative and team-oriented accounting environment High visibility across departments and leadership teams Diverse accounting responsibilities beyond transactional work Opportunity to contribute to process improvements and efficiencies Job Details Responsibilities: Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger activity Complete monthly account and bank reconciliations Support month-end and year-end close processes Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis Perform intercompany accounting and reconciliations Assist with fixed asset accounting and reporting Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives Assist with audit preparation and external audit requests Partner with accounting leadership on special projects and process improvements Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 3+ years of accounting experience required Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations Experience supporting month-end close activities ERP/accounting software experience preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Public accounting, or multi-location accounting experience is a plus Equal Opportunity Employment Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
