Communication: Clearly explain recommended services and answer customer questionsno technical jargon required. Organization: Create and manage service orders, keep track of appointments, and ensure smooth coordination with technicians. Support: Help schedule vehicle service, assist with basic diagnostics, and follow up with customers after their visit.
