Construction Services Manager - Tennessee

Construction Services Manager – Tennessee We are growing and looking to hire a Construction Services Manager to expand our Civil, Environmental and Infrastructure (CEI) operations into Tennessee and develop new client relationships. Responsibilities Grow client base in Tennessee Support field staff and site operations Engage in regular client and potential client interaction Prepare proposals and oral presentations Lead strategic planning and firm‑wide leadership activities Qualifications Previous CEI management experience with TDOT and other Tennessee local government agencies Experience in construction project management at field and management levels Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in TN, or eligibility to obtain TN PE licensure through reciprocity or willingness to pursue testing BSCE degree from an accredited institution preferred Geographic focus on Tennessee Salary and Benefits Salary is commensurate with experience and licensure. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses.
