Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' symptoms and background to develop tailored therapeutic plans that meet their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices for confidentiality.

• Engage in regular consultations with colleagues to share insights and strategies that enhance the quality of care we provide.

• Participate in continued professional development activities and webinars to constantly evolve your therapeutic skills and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The center serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from varied socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Our therapists are expected to be respectful and sensitive to the individual and cultural needs of each family. You will provide inclusive services that are tailored to address specific issues such as trauma, grief, loss, and LGBTQ+ matters.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited graduate program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania.
\n
• Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on serving children, adults, and families.
\n
• Strong understanding and respect for the cultural differences and customs of diverse families.
\n
• Proficiency in EHR software and familiarity with Microsoft Office and telehealth platforms.

• A valid Driver's License and car insurance.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, perinatal mental health, or grief and loss.

• Experience working as an in-network provider with insurance panels.
\n
• Prior training in CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, or similar therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus and opportunities for performance bonuses.
